Customer Control

Customer Control is the perfect tool for managing extensive traffic control programmes and for using a number of professional applications efficiently. For every service number you can compile several traffic control programmes that can be activated by schedule or manually.

Internet Manager

With the Internet Manager you can control your routing settings by a clear and intuitive user interface. You can make use of the most important routing functions such as weekly and special schedules and the routing to alternative destination numbers.

Statistics Manager

With the Statistics Manager you can carry out monitoring for your call center online at any time. View the statistics directly on your browser, e.g. analysis of individual services or destination numbers. Or simply download your analysis in various formats.

User Manager

You can create additional users with the User Manager. As an administrator, you have access to the booked tools for all your service numbers. For the created users, you can assign the rights per service number for Customer Control, Internet Manager and Statistics Manager individually.
