Change password

If you want to change your password, you can click Change password at the upper right corner of the first page.

Please note:

When you use the initial password to log in to the Customer Cockpit as the customer master or customer user, the Change password dialog box is displayed, prompting you to change the password. After changing the password, log in to the Customer Cockpit again.

The new password must meet the following requirements:

1. The length of the new password must be from 8 to 20 characters.

2. The new password cannot be the last two months history password.

3. The new password must have the following combination of at least three characters:

• The new password contains at least a lower case letter.

• The new password contains at least an upper case letter.

• The new password contains at least a number.

• The new password contains at least a special character (not contain spaces).
