You can immediately adapt your telephone service to any situation using online statistics, e.g. with short-term peaks of imcoming call volume. With one click of your mouse, you can view at any time the number of calls and conversations over the last seven days or per hour for each day. You will always be right up to date, as the current day's data is updated every seven minutes. To view the updated data click on the "Refresh" button of your browser. And so that you have your finger even more on the pulse, you can also analyse your destination numbers individually.
Online statistics are only shown on your browser screen and are not available in any other format.
If you click on the "Online statistics" main menu, you can view the statistics as a bar graph. The statistics show your incoming calls and conversations for the service number currently selected for the previous seven days, irrespective of the day of the week.
You can select from the drop-down menu above the graphic, whether you wish to view statistics for all service numbers or statistics for each individual number. If you have selected a single service number, you can also stipulate whether you wish an analysis for total destination numbers or wish instead to focus on a single destination number.
Clicking on the respective day, e.g. Friday, underneath the graphic, will take you to the daily statistics. The online statistics for this day are shown in a pop-up window.

Diagrammatic display
You have an hourly overview of calls and conversations during a day in the pop-up window. After opening the window you can see the latest data. You can even update the data again by clicking on the corresponding day, e.g. Monday, in the grey navigation bar above the graphic. You can also view the statistics for all the days in a week in a pop-up window using this navigation bar.
You can print the latest statistics by clicking on the corresponding icon in the top right of the pop-up window. The current page will be printed, therefore only the bar chart or the table.

You can opt for the data to be displayed in table form by clicking on the corresponding icon in the top right of the pop-up window. The table includes all the daily statistics in detail. The following parameters are shown combined per hour and for the day:
