Settings

On the first page of the Customer Cockpit, click Settings to set the following lists:

• Set My first page

  You can choose Customer Control, Internet Manager, Statistics Manager, User Manager or Customer Cockpit  as your first page.

• Statistic download:

  You can choose the separator for CSV-file. There are a number of available formats for displaying your statistics. If you wish to have your statistics displayed as a CSV file, stipulate here which separator should be used in the CSV file. The tab is used as default.

• Number of entries displayed per page (my analysis statistics, my orders).

  You can also stipulate here how many entries you wish to see on the "My analysis statistics" and "My orders" overview pages. If you, for example, select "4" from the drop-down menu, you will be able to view 4 statistics or orders per page.

• Show Column "Service number Name" on the "My Service Numbers" page

  You can set whether the column “Service Number Name” is shown on the “My Service Numbers” page.
