Individual statistics

Even with the standard statistics you can obtain analysis of the use of your service number or your contact centre services from individual standpoints. In addition, there is also detailed information about the performance of agents and call profiles available. The choice of information collection and analysis options ranges from historical reporting to realtime monitoring via your web browser.

If required, we can provide you with individual statistics solutions, by means of which the online monitoring functions and historical reporting can be precisely adapted to your requirements. The menus for your personalized analysis will then be displayed under "Individual statistics" under the main menu. The statistics can be viewed on your browser screen or issued in PDF, CSV and XLS format.
