100 Percent Control: With the Statistics Manager you can monitor your contact centre online at any time. You can order statistics online and analyze the incoming call volume for both service and destination numbers. Whatever else you want to do - order or amend statistics, view analysis directly or download it for further processing - the Statistics Manager is always at your disposal.

Using the Statistics Manager, you can manage your monitoring and statistics reports online yourself - any time, any place, on an easy-to-operate user interface. Access to the internet and your login details are all you need. You can manage all of your service numbers with a range of effective statistics. You can access these 24/7 on your browser window or by downloading them. Over and above statistical analysis, you can always see all of your orders - current orders, as well as earlier completed orders. You can simply order new statistics online with a few clicks of your mouse.

Key functions

You can see immediately on the "My analysis statistics" homepage how intuitive it is to operate: this central overview page lets you see all of your statistics at once. You can immediately download your statistics, view them in your browser window or edit your orders - all from this homepage.

The menu on the left hand side takes you to the overviews of your statistics and your orders. You simply enter the required parameters for the order into the corresponding fields, send off the orders and can then view your new order, by way of confirmation, in the overview page of your overview list of your orders.

Incorrect or wrong entries are marked in red on the screen or are flagged up by a message window. You therefore have the opportunity to correct empty or incorrectly completed input fields. You will find a list of possible error messages, with the corresponding troubleshooting actions, in the appendix.

Settings

There are a number of available formats for displaying your statistics. If you wish to have your statistics displayed as a CSV file, stipulate here which separator should be used in the CSV file. The tab is used as default.

You can also stipulate here how many entries you wish to see on the "My analysis statistics" and "My orders" overview pages. If you, for example, select "10" from the drop-down menu, you will be able to view 10 statistics or orders per page.
