You must enable the JavaScript before using the Internet Explorer, Safari, Firebox, or Chrome to access the Customer Cockpit.

Internet Explorer 9:

1. Open Internet Explorer 9.

2. Choose Tool > Internet Options.

3. Click Custom level....

4. Choose Enable from Active scripting under Scripting.

5. Choose Enable from Allow Programmatic dipboard access under Scripting.

6. Click OK.

7. Click OK.

Firefox:

1. Open the Firefox browser.

2. Click Firefox on the upper left corner.

3. Choose Options > Options.

4. Choose Content.

5. Choose Enable JavaScript.

6. Click OK.

Chrome:

1. Open the Chrome browser.

2. Choose Select Settings.

3. In the Privacy section, click the Content settings.

4. Select Allow all sites to run JavaScript in the JavaScript section.

5. Click OK.

Safari.:

1. Open the Safari browser.

2. Choose Safari > Preferences.

3. Click Privacy.

4. In the Web content section, choose Enable JavaScript.

5. Click OK.

Activate the ActiveX for Internet Explorer

You must activate the ActiveX on IE (Internet Explorer) if you need to verify file size before upload.

Install the PDF Plug-In
