Service Customer User and Password Lifecycle

Service Customer User Lifecycle

Service Customer Users can be in one osf the following states:

  • Active: Service Customer User can log in to the Customer Cockpit normally.

  • Blocked: Service Customer User cannot log in to the Customer Cockpit, and Service Customer User can be unblocked by Service Customer Master.

Service Customer User Password Lifecycle

  • One off Password:

    After a service customer user is registered, the system sends a one-off password to the user's mailbox, and the user must use the one-off password to log in and change it

  • Changed Password:

    The Changed Password of Service Customer User is set by Service Customer User.

Use Cases

Service Customer Master manages the Service Customer User in Customer Cockpit.

Please notes: Service Customer User management can also be done by Service Customer user who has the Service Customer User management rights.

Create Service Customer User  

  1. The Service Customer Master clicks New to create a Service Customer User.

  2. Enter the basic information, including the user name and email address, about the Service Customer User.

  3. Select the permission to be assigned to the user.

  4. Click Next.

  5. Click Submit.

List Service Customer Users

Service Customer Master enters the condition and clicks Search to list specific Service Customer User.

In addition, Service Customer Master can also export/print the search result list.

Display Service Customer User

Service Customer Master clicks Details button to display the detailed information of the Service Customer User.

Modify Service Customer User

Service Customer Master clicks Modify to modify the Service Customer User.

Unblock Service Customer User

Service Customer Master clicks Unblock to unblock a Service Customer User whose status is blocked.

Block Service Customer User

Service Customer Master clicks Block to block a Service Customer User whose status is Active.

Delete Service Customer User

The Service Customer Master clicks Delete to delete a Service Customer User.

Please notes:

The Service Customer User to be deleted must be offline.
