My Service Numbers
The My Service Numbers shows all the service numbers of the current customer (If a customer user doesn't have right for a specific service number this is not shown).
On the My Service Numbers page, you can:
Type the appointed service number to search the corresponding service number from all of the service numbers.
Click Customer Control to access the Customer Control page and do operations to the corresponding service number.
Click Internet Manager to access the Internet Manager page and do operations to the corresponding service number.
Click Statistics Manager to access the Statistics Manager page and do operations to the corresponding service number.
Click Feature List to view the basic information like E-mail address for statistics, activation time of service, end time of service and the service features like call screening related features, statistics related features for the selected service number.
View the name of the service number if it has been configured in SN name column.
Please note:
Blocked service number is shown in the Customer Cockpit. This service number will be labeled with red color. But all data related to this service number cannot be seen.
Expired service number is not shown in the Customer Cockpit.
