In the Internet Manager, if you have Statistics Manager operating authority, you can switch to the Statistics Manager without entering any information via clicking on the main navigation Statistics. An alert message window will remind you to confirm whether to leave the Internet Manager. If confirming, the Statistics Manager is entered directly.

If you use only the Internet Manager for a service number you can view online statistics and order weekly and monthly statistics via the "Statistics" main menu.

Basic statistics via e-mail

As long as you are not using the Statistics Manager along with the Internet Manager  for the respective service number you can access online statistics within the Internet Manager. In addition you can order weekly and monthly statistics subject to charges. The weekly statistics always begin on the Monday of the respective calendar week; the monthly statistics begin on the first of the month. Statistics for a period older than 90 days are not available.

It is possible to order weekly and monthly statistics for the currently selected service number or all available service numbers. The standard for all orders is the current service number. With the link "Switch to all service numbers" you can order basic statistics for all your service numbers.

You can order weekly and monthly statistics for other service numbers by selecting them from the drop-down menu "Service number".

The statistics show the total number of calls and the calls per service number. So you can see how many calls came in at what time and how many conversations were established. If the number of calls is much bigger than the number of conversations, you can adjust your staff planning accordingly.

The statistics are sent to the e-mail address on file at Telekom. If you would like to change your e-mail address or didn’t use one for your registration, please call our free hotline: 0800 33 01166.
A new statistics order can only be placed once the previous order has been sent to you via e-mail. Otherwise the first order is cancelled.

Weekly and monthly statistics via e-mail

Place an individual order
Select the type of statistics you would like to order (weekly or monthly) and use the drop-down menus to select the calendar week or month. Place your order with the button "Order/cancel statistics".

Individual orders cannot be cancelled.

Place or cancel a subscription
If you want to receive regular evaluations, you can subscribe to one set of weekly and one set of monthly statistics. Just enter the dates of the first and last statistics, the latest possible end date is the expiration date of your service number contract. Place your order with the button "Order/cancel statistics".

If you want to cancel an existing subscription, just select the radio button "Cancel weekly statistics order" or "Cancel monthly statistics order". Then click on the button "Order/cancel statistics". You will receive a confirmation of your cancelled order.

You can cancel your order as long as the analysis hasn't been started. This means: If you ordered statistics about the 5th calendar week, you can send your cancellation until the Sunday of the 5th calendar week, 11.59 p.m.

The page is updated once your entry is complete. The information shown is your current order status.

Online statistics

The weekly view of the online statistics show you all incoming calls and conversations for your currently managed service number – always for the past seven days, regardless of the weekly cycle.

From the drop-down menu above the graphic you can select the service number for which you would like to see the statistics.

You can go to the daily view of the online statistics by clicking on the respective day below the graphic, e.g. "Mo" for "Monday". That day’s online statistics are shown in a pop-up window.

View as diagram

The pop-up window offers an hourly overview of the day’s calls and conversations. Once the window is open, you will always see the current data. You can update the data yourself by clicking on the respective day in the grey navigation bar above the graphic. Use this navigation bar to view the statistics for the last seven days in the pop-up window.

View as chart

In the pop-up window, you can select the chart view on the top right. The chart contains the detailed daily statistics. The following parameters are compiled per hour and per day:

Call and conversation statistics (totals, unless stated otherwise):

  • Calls to your service number

  • Calls you have accepted

  • Abandoned calls

  • Success rate of calls in percent

  • Calls up to 1:30 min in percent

  • Calls exceeding 1:30 min in percent

  • Average call duration (min:sec)

  • Callers getting an announcement

Ring time duration until call is accepted (totals):

  • Up to 15 seconds

  • More than 15 seconds

Reasons for abandoned calls (totals):

  • Destination number busy

  • Call wasn’t accepted within 120 seconds

  • Caller hung up before call was accepted

  • Calls from a blocked area code area

  • Other (other reasons)

Print statistics

With the link at the top right of the pop-up window you can print the statistics.
