User session

Service Customer User Session Management provides functionalities for the Service Customer Master to list the service customer user sessions, and force one, some or all user to logout.

List Service Customer User Session

When Service Customer Master clicks the menu Session Management, then all Service Customer Users session within Customer Cockpit are shown in the list. The service customer master can also search the service customer user session according to conditions.

In addition, Service Customer Master can also export or print the User session in the list by click on the Export or Print button.

Forced Logout

The function of this case is to terminate the Service Customer User session by forced logout.

Select one or more users in the Service Customer User session list and click Force Logout.
